CPA Julius Kigundu is the Head of Finance for Bank of India Uganda Limited with 18+ years across Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Credit, Micro-finance, Banking, Operations, and Strategic Leadership. Former Cycle Connect Head of Finance; joined the board in 2020 and serves on the finance & audit committee.
Principal, Pace Able Foundation
Co-founder of Pace Able Foundation. Silicon Valley startup veteran, early employee at six startups; board/investor in others (US/EU). Supporting Cycle Connect since 2016 (technical assistance, funding); Board Member from 2024.
Co-Founder, Cycle Connect, Principal Product Manager at HealthSherpa
Co-founded Cycle Connect and led scale-up from startup to an enterprise impacting 10k+ lives. Transitioned from CEO in 2022; now product lead improving access to affordable health insurance for low-income Americans.

Senior Scientist with the Alliance of Bioversity International & CIAT (Climate Action, Nairobi) leading the CGIAR Food Systems Accelerator; advisor to IGAD on climate resilience. Board member for two years, supports impact measurement and fundraising.

Cycle Connect board member since 2018; former COO. Co-founded EarthEnable Uganda and scaled operations. At Microsoft, leads budgeting, compliance, and culture bringing deep ops and people-centered leadership to the mission.
