Fractional Development Consultant
Cycle Connect is seeking a Fractional Development Consultant to build the fundraising capacity of our Ugandan team. The consultant will design and support the implementation of a development strategy, provide hands-on grant writing support, and create systems to ensure long-term sustainability. The ultimate goal is for the local team to take full ownership of development and fundraising functions within 6-12 months.
